For your convenience, we accept American
Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard and use secure online processing.
For your safety and convienence we offer all payment methods through PayPal services they are a trusted and
secure way of transferring money quickly and safely. You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop. If you prefer to pay
another method let me know. I can also process payment through Google checkout. I will accept checks, but
be aware the process time for a check will delay the shipping & recieving time.
Shipping
We ship standard U.S. Postal Service. We insure the items up to the value of your order. Once payment has been received
and your order is processed, it typically takes 2-3 days for your package to arrive.

complimentary designer pouch suitable for storage. Is your purchase a gift? Let us know who it's for and what message
you would like to include in the Comments/Special Instructions section of your order and we'll include a gift card and

Returns & Exchanges
We strive to give you the best quality handcrafted
jewelry available today. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made
pieces, and we cannot accept returns on earrings.
To return an item, first send us an e-mail at sales@ChimneyRockStudio.com
We will process your request once we have received the item undamaged. It is recommended you send return items in bubble wrap
mailers and package well to prevent damage.
Caring for Your New
Piece
Chimney Rock Studio strives to use the highest quality materials available. With little care, your piece
should bring you joy for many years to come!
Recomended
Wipe your jewelry with a soft polishing or micro fiber cloth to shine and remove dirt
gently.
Some gemstones are sensitive to heat and sunlight. Store your jewelry in the gift pouch to help protect it from
sunlight and color fading. This will also help it to not oxidize.
Not recommended
Don't clean your jewelry with cleansers or expose your pieces to beauty
products such as soap, moisturizers, hair spray and perfume. Showering, swimming and sleeping in your jewelry can also cause
damage. Please remove pieces before showers or swimming, it is best to take them off before getting ready for the day and
before going to bed at night.
